Orders are generally processed and dispatched the following day after payment has been received. 

All orders are boxed and bubble wrapped for added protection and shipped via Fastway of Courierpost with tracking, with estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days depending on your address. 

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Once the courier has picked up your order from Copia Ceramics, you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your parcel as it makes its way to you.
