Returns & Refunds
We offer a full refund or exchange on all plants pots if the item is damaged, however we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. 

Other things to note:
The items need to be received back at Copia Ceramics within 21 calendar days of delivery to qualify for a refund. 

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customers.

We can only process refunds back to the original debit card/ credit card/ paypal account used. 

The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable unless the item is faulty.

All returns are at the discretion of Copia Ceramics.
